Learning Fun With Your Baby or Toddler

The Rosenthal JCC Parenting Center offers carefully and professionally planned programs to enhance your child's emotional, social and intellectual development. We believe that infants and toddlers thrive in a non-structured atmosphere that encourages exploratory play, self-motivation and creativity.

Infants and toddlers need to share their excitement and discoveries. In all of our groups, parents or caregivers stay in the same room and actively participate in their child's activities.

All of our equipment is age-appropriate and challenges the child's developing fine and gross motor skills. We hope to provide your child with a rich variety of activities designed to help him or her build self-confidence and social skills, stimulate intellectual curiosity and promote physical development. Children are encouraged to grow and progress at their own paces.

Most activities for toddlers and infants take place in our Parenting Center, which is specially equipped with a large variety of equipment for fine and gross movement and exploration. The Parenting Center includes games, toys, art supplies, gym equipment and more. Activities may also take place in our Gymnasium, with our foam gym toys and slides. During summer classes, classes may include an outdoor component on our spacious grounds, weather permitting.
