Parents Workshop: Help Me Get Through My Day! Calming Strategies to Help Families Relax
This workshop is incredibly interactive and would help not only the child learn to deal with intense feelings but would create calmer parents. Learn to identify what triggers unwanted behaviors, facilitate communication, and structure situations to prevent avoidable behavioral problems and manage those that do occur.
