Yoga is a practice offering all of these. Now you can share it with your baby in a way that is safe, nurturing and fun. Through this class, you will spend time with your baby in a whole new way, learning how he/she moves and stretches as you do the same. Come join us for an hour of body, mind and baby.
Taught by Audrey Brooks, a graduate of YogaWorks NYC and also the Yoga and Jewish Spirituality Teacher Training Institute.
