Rosenthal JCC Privacy Policy

The Rosenthal JCC of Northern Westchester respects and protects the privacy of its members and users. We do not trade, rent or sell information about you or your family members enrolled in our programs or using our services to any outside organizations. We limit the information we collect from you to the minimum necessary to provide outstanding service and we take appropriate precautions to maintain the security of your financial information.

When you provide information to the JCC, you agree that the information may be used:

• To register or enroll you or your family members in JCC programs, for JCC services and/or to provide you with goods
• To personalize services and address individual interests and needs
• For communicating information to you regarding activities, programs and other offerings that may be of interest to you
• To research new services and programming of potential interest to the community we serve
• To answer questions from you, our members and other users

The Rosenthal JCC will not disclose your personal information to third parties except when required by law (for example, a subpoena) or lawfully requested to do so by regulatory agencies.
